At La Mère, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you choose.

If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, less the applicable 15% restocking fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale / clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.
