Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website when applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery estimates:

Shipping Delays

La Mère is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or rerouted, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, La Mère is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly first, then reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/product.
